Atmosphere of Mars on earth.

Eastern Europe got covered by Orange snow, looking as if on Mars.

Last week , orange coloured snow covered some areas of Eastern Europe,
On Friday and over the weekend, orange-tinted snow covered parts of Eastern Europe,
giving countries like Russia, Bulgaria, Moldova, Romania and Ukraine a new look.
Despite the unearthly occurrence, meteorologists say the phenomenon actually occurs once ever several years, typically caused by sand from storms in the Sahara Desert mixing with snow and rain. However, this time, the concentrations of sand are much higher, where some even complained of sand getting in their mouths. One meteorologist, Steven Keates, said the sand can spread once it reaches the upper levels of the atmosphere.
A satellite image taken by NASA on Friday showed dust was clearly visible in a light brown streak mixed in with white clouds above Easter Europe. “Looking at satellite imagery from [NASA], it shows a lot of sand and dust in the atmosphere drifting across the Mediterranean,” said Keates. “When it rains or snows, it drags down whatever is up there, if
there is sand in the atmosphere.

This Mars Global Surveyor (MGS) Mars Orbiter Camera (MOC) image shows an impact crater in Chryse Planitia, not too far from the Viking 1 lander site, that to seems to resemble a bug-eyed head.(Photo: NASA/JPL/Malin Space Science Systems)

NASA spotted an’alien bug-eyed head’ on Mars. It looks like a hole very near to the site where Viking 1 probe landed (1975).The Mars Global Surveyor made the discovery.
The hole may have been made due to asteroid impact and the eyes by flood. The picture was seen first in 2005. But a recent article by Scott C Waring says it is of an ‘extraterrestrial being’
NASA said in an official statement “The two depressions (the eyes) at the north end of the crater may be due wind or water erosion”
