Deepika-Ranveer wedding: What Singh said about marriage and proposal

A love story that bloomed on the sets on Goliyon Ke Rasleela Ram Leela has come a long way in five years. After keeping the media guessing for months, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone announced their upcoming nuptials, which will take place on November 14 and 15.
Back in 2016, in an exclusive interview to India Today Television Ranveer had talked at length about his wedding and proposal plans.
Ahead of the release of Befikre, Ranveer had said, "I think about these things (getting married)... you know you think about the future, it's only natural, you think about things like being a family man, and stuff like what do the next five years hold for me, these thoughts... I mean I'm 31 now, it's only natural that these thoughts are occurring to me."
The interview was taking place in Paris, the city of love, and Ranveer was asked if he would pop the question there. "Not this spot for sure. It has to be a little more special than that."
When asked if he has thought about how he would propose to his love, Ranveer had said, "I have, yeah, it's true I have very elaborate plans."
So no doubt, Deepika would have gotten a very grand proposal from Ranveer!

Saudi Prince Mohammad Bin Salman Bids $5.2 Bn for Manchester United

It seems that rumors earlier last week that Saudi Prince Mohammad Bin Salman was to buy Manchester United were true. New reports are now circulating that a staggering $5.2 billion bid has been made for the legendary English football club.
Last Tuesday, the uber-wealthy Mohammad Bin Salman had shown interest in purchasing Man Utd. However, the current owners, the Glazer family, were adamant that the club was not for sale. What a difference a few days make!

Behind the Scenes at Manchester United

Current Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is having a mixed start to the season on the pitch. His team currently sits in the 10th spot in the English Premier League (EPL).
Mourinho has publicly struggled to handle high-profile players such as World Cup winner Paul Pogba off the pitch in an on-going power struggle story that has received much press attention.
It seems that these are not the only behind-the-scenes things happening at United at this moment in time.
If the circulating reports are true, the Saudi Prince Mohammad Bin Salman has made an earth-shattering $5.2 billion (£4 billion) bid for the club which will test the mettle of the current owners, Joel and Avram Glazer.

Mohammad Bin Salman Makes Unbeatable Offer

The Glazer family first bought the Manchester club back in 2005 for a reported $1 billion (£790 million). The latest alleged offer from Mohammad Bin Salman at over $5 billion would be a smart piece of business for the Glazers.
When initially purchasing the club, the Glazer family came under fire from unhappy Manchester United fans who believed the club would lose a part of its soul in the sale to a foreign party. Times have changed across the football industry as billionaires now flock to purchase British football clubs, much to the excitement of the fans.
Conflicting reports have surfaced that Avram Glazer was supposed to visit Saudi Arabia this week to attend an international business forum. But apparently, Avram has canceled because of the issues brought to the attention in the media of the killing of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
One thing is for sure, though. When you have a supposed fortune of over $1 trillion like Mohammad Bin Salman, issues like this tend to evaporate into the ether.

Youth Olympics 2018: Father killed by forest mafia, Suraj Panwar wins India a silver

Suraj Panwar knows of his father only from the stories his mother, Poonam told him. A few months after he was born, Suraj’s father Udai Singh Panwar and two other forest guards were killed by the forest mafia near Dehradun. His father never got to see his son walk for the first time. And so on Tuesday, when 18-year-old Suraj became the only Indian athlete to finish on the podium with a silver medal in the men’s 5,000 m race walk in the Youth Olympic Games in Buenos Aires, it was a gift to his family.
“I was less than six months old when my father was killed along with two other forest guards in the Mohand area in the Asarodi Range in Dehradun. He did not even get a chance to see me walking for the first time and, if he would have been alive, this medal would have been the happiest moment in his life,” he said. “I wanted to win a medal for India and this medal is the biggest gift for my family too.”
Suraj, who finished with a combined time of 40 minutes and 59.17 seconds to finish behind Ecuador’s Oscar Patin of Ecuador, who had a combined timing of 40 minutes and 51.86 seconds, also recalls the struggle leading up to the silver finish. The youngest of three sons of Udai Singh initially started with PT shoes and competed the Youth Olympics with a second-hand pair of shoes given by Olympian Manish Singh Rawat.
“Since my father was a non-contract employee and my mother had not completed even primary education, she works in the forest department nursery. She could not even afford to buy me a new pair of race walking shoes and before I came here. Manish Rawat bhai gave me one of his old pair of shoes, with which he competed in Commonwealth Games. It was bit bigger in size but I wore an extra pair of socks to make it tight,” he said.
While his mother worked at the nursery, a young Suraj would spend time racing with friends at his village Kaarabari and would walk to his school in the neighbouring village of Jhewardi. The youngster would watch village and school competitions with interest before the school PT teacher Vikas Yadav encouraged him into athletics in 2014.
After competing in sprint races initially, Suraj was selected for long distance competitions at the school level and two years later, was selected for the Maharana Pratap Sports College, Dehradun. “The only mode of transport for me to go to school was by walking and most of the time, I would walk in a hurry so I was not late for school. When I started competing in race events, my mother would get me PT shoes, which cost Rs 220,” he said.
“Zyada events main bhag leta tha toh joote fat jate the. Mummy fir bhi paise bacha ke mujhe joote le deti (The shoes would tear when I competed in many events. Even then, my mother would save money and buy me shoes). When I was selected for Maharana Pratap Sports College in 2016, I shared a room on rent with two students,” he said.
His older brothers pitched in too. While Neeraj got a hotel job in Jaipur to support me, oldest brother Shubham supported with Arvind Pant and Abhishek Chaudhary from his village, helped him buy tracksuits. “After winning the gold medal in Coimbatore, I was inducted in the sports excellence programme which meant that I had a hostel room and a proper diet, which was a huge boost for me,” he said. The gold medal in the 5,000 m race walk event in the U-16 category with a timing of 22 minutes and 37.37 seconds in the 32nd Junior National Championships in Coimbatore was followed by a silver medal in 10,000 m race walk event in Youth National Athletics Championship in Hyderabad, where Panwar clocked 45 minutes and 35.47 seconds.
Last year, Panwar won the bronze medal in the 10,000 m walk in the Junior National Athletics Championship in Vijaywada and this year, he won the gold medal in 1,000 m race walk event in U-20 category in Junior Federation Cup in April before winning the silver medal in Asian Qualification meet in Bangkok.
Suraj’s coach, Anoop Bisht (38) says determination is his biggest strength. “When he first came to me, he did not know even basics of race walking. For more than two months, we taught him about creeping and bending techniques and he would listen and try it for hours. Unlike other events, race walking needs more technical knowledge and he would also read books on it,” he said. “Whatever shoes he wears, whether second hand or old, he tried to give his best. And that has been his biggest strength.”
At the Panwar home in Kaarabari, mother Poonam and brothers Shubham and Neeraj are preparing for Suraj’s arrival. “Suraj has not come home to spend a day for a year now except for two hours last month. Whenever we ask, he says he will give us an opportunity to welcome him in a grand manner. This medal is the biggest of his career and I have promised him a new pair of shoes,” said Neeraj.
Suraj though has other demand. “Since I used to stay away due to training, there is no picture of all the family members. When I return, I will ask them for one family picture with the medal,” he said.

KBC 10 first crorepati Binita Jain: I feel on top of the world

Binita Jain won Rs 1 crore on Kaun Banega Crorepati 10.
Kaun Banega Crorepati 10 found its first crorepati in Binita Jain. The woman from Guwahati left host Amitabh Bachchan and the audience amazed by her effortless performance. In an exclusive chat with indianexpress.com, Binita shared that she was quite apprehensive about her participation.
Talking about being the first crorepati of the season, the Assam resident said, “It feels unimaginable. Honestly, I never expected to win a crore. But now that I have, I feel on top of the world. All these phone calls and interviews are also a new thing for me. I have always lived a low-profile life and never been accustomed to so much limelight and publicity,”
Many contestants have confessed to losing their concentration seeing Amitabh Bachchan in front of them. Sharing her experience of meeting the superstar, Binita said, “I was also starstruck. During the Fastest Finger First Round, my fingers refused to even move. I gradually made myself understand that you are here for the game and not for this (laughs). But he is a gentleman and so charming.”
Sharing her winning secret, the teacher said, “I think it’s the hunger for knowledge. With time, the more you get it, the more you want. I enjoy the process of knowing everything.”
After quitting the game, the 46-year-old surprisingly guessed the right answer for the seven crore question. But Binita shared that she did not regret her decision. “It was a wild guess and I did not want to take the risk of losing it all,” she said.
While on the hot seat, Binita opened up about her personal life. Her husband was abducted 15 years back and he never returned home. Stating that the incident only made her stronger, she said, “I was distraught by whatever happened. But I gathered my courage for my children. Seeing their faces gave me confidence every day. I came out of the troubled times and started a new life. It started with few students and then as more started coming in, I knew this was my calling. That has been truly my Kab Tak Rokoge moment.”
The teacher further added that women, unfortunately, don’t know their real potential. “They are much more powerful than men. It’s all about discovering our true talent. We can also deal with tough situations better,” she smiled to say.
And when asked how she is planning to spend her big prize money, the proud mother of two said, “My son is a very hard working person. He is currently doing his masters in dentistry. The money will be completely utilised to build a clinic for him as soon he graduates.”
Apart from one crore, Binita also won a car on Kaun Banega Crorepati 10.

Why does it come repeatedly on TV 'Suryavansham'.

Mumbai. A movie is such a tune while tuning the channel, which shows the days we came across. The name of the movie is 'Suryavansham'. This movie released 19 years ago has made a record of being telecast several times on TV. Many characters of the film, like Hira Thakur, Radha, Gauri and Major Ranjit, live on the lips of people. Whether there is any scene in the film or the dialogue has gone to the people. In the social media, many jokes have also been made about the film. However, the reason for the repeated re-entry of the film has come out.
Channel 100 Years of the purchased movie
The reason for repeatedly showing the film can be that the film was released on May 21, 1999, and the same year Max Channel was launched. Meaning both the movie and the channel had come in the same year. The second reason was also to show that the channel which came to this movie has kept its 100-year rights for it. That is why this movie is shown repeatedly. Let me tell that Amitabh Bachchan did double role in the film .
The most telecasting film is Suryavansham
Suryavanshma is the most telecasting film on the Indian movie channel. This movie is also very liked in the Rural Areas. On the occasion of 18 years of the film, Amitabh Bachchan himself praised the film by tweeting himself.
The film's lead actress is no longer in the world
The film's lead actress Saundaryya Raghu is no longer in this world. Beauty died on April 17, 2004 in a plane crash accident near Bangalore. Saundariya had stepped into the industry from the film 'Gandharva' in 1992. He worked in more than 100 films including Kannada, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam. Saundariya had won 6 South Filmfare Awards. Though Suryavansham was the first and last Bollywood movie of Saundariya, who was active in South.

Dress

A nice day starts with a good news appearing in the morning........say someone calling you over phone and informing you that you were looking very attractive in the party you attended last night.

Naturally we start thinking about our dress for our next party we are going to attend. We try to find out which one is suiting me through our trials before the mirror. But the best way to find out the fitting dress is to listen to other's comments about you with some or other dress, it's design and colour.
When a dress makes you attractive you will be able to feel it through a search in the faces of the persons you are meeting.
If you are quite friendly with them they will smile and come closer to you and will inform you that you are looking nice.
Change your dress everytime you are going out. It will make you feel smarter and confident.    https://twitter.com/-An Indian Summer
