‘ Auto Expo 2018’ was only lukewarm for
the media. The reason is the large absentee list. Of course there are 22 new
launches, 81 product unveilings and 18 concepts.

Tata's Racemo EV
. Companies like like Bajaj, Royal Enfield, the whole VW
group and many other car makers stayed away plus the ones who were there did
not have enough new unveils or anything that would have shock value like last
time which saw many global reveals. Celebrities, which is always a key factor
for attracting visitors and buzz was less too from the last expo.Of course Kia
Motors coming in has been the biggest news. But it is just one. There were
simply not enough key, big unveils which a massive auto show should have. Lets hope next time we have
more participants at the Auto Expo cause it is a mirror for our auto industry!
